The increasing penetration of unconventional gas and liquefied natural gas poses an operational challenge on existing regional gas networks for gas quality problems. A new dynamic model for natural gas pipeline network with multiple supplies is presented with a special emphasis on gas interchangeability control. Wobbe index serves as gas interchangeability indicator and is calculated by equations derived from rigorous composition-based partial differential equations. Disjunctive formulation is applied to represent different modes of gas blending due to gas reversal, and the disjunctive model is then reformulated as a nonsmooth model with min/max and absolute value functions, which is solved by a gradient-based nonlinear program solver after smooth approximation. Moreover, a heuristic algorithm is proposed to tune the penalty parameters in order to focus on different penalty terms while keeping the model well-conditioned. The developed model and strategy are first tested with a small pipeline network model and then extended to a large model. The results show that the model can effectively manage gas interchangeability issues in pipeline networks within reasonable CPU time. 相似文献

Microcystins (MCs) is a harmful toxin generated by blue-green algae in water, which has seriously threatened the ecological safety of water and human body. It is urgent to develop new catalysts and techniques for the degradation of MCs. A feasible electrostatic self-assembly method was carried out to synthesize BiVO4/g-C3N4 heterojunction photocatalyst with highly efficient photocatalytic ability, where BiVO4 nanoplates with exposed {010} facets anchored to the g-C3N4 ultrathin nanosheets. The morphology and microstructure of the heterojunction photocatalysts were identified by XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS, and BET. The g-C3N4 nanosheets have huge surface area over 200 m2/g and abundant mesoporous ranging from 2-20 nm, which provides tremendous contact area for BiVO4 nanoplates. Meanwhile, the introduction of BiVO4 led to red-shift of the absorption spectrum of photocatalyst, which was characterized by UV-vis diffuse reflection spectroscopy (DRS). Compared with pure BiVO4 and g-C3N4, the BiVO4/g-C3N4 heterojunction shows a drastically enhanced photocatalytic activity in degradation of microcystin-LR (MC-LR) in water. The MC-LR could be removed within 15 minutes under the optimal ratio of BiVO4/g-C3N4. The outstanding performance of the photocatalyst is attributed to synergetic effect of interface Z-scheme heterojunction and high active facets {010} of BiVO4 nanoplates, which provides an efficient transfer pathway to separate photoinduced carriers meanwhile endows the photocatalysts with strong redox ability. 相似文献

A novel halogen-free flame retardant copolyamide 6,6 (FR-PA66) was prepared successfully by in situ polymerizing with adipic acid hexamethylene salt and 2-carboxy ethyl (phenyl) phosphinic acid (CEPPA). The elemental composition and chemical structure of FR-PA66 were characterized by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and 13C Nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer. The flame retardancy, thermal stability, and morphology of char residues were also investigated by the limiting oxygen index (LOI), UL 94 test, thermogravimetric analysis, and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that FR-PA66 samples had much better flame retardancy and char formation ability than pure PA66 after the flame retardant modification. The LOI values were increased from 24.0 to 28.0% by adding 6 wt % of CEPPA and all FR-PA66 samples were rated as V-0 rating in UL-94 test. Furthermore, the thermal stability analysis indicated that in situ polymerization with CEPPA effectively decreased the initial decomposition temperature and increased the amount of char residue. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. water penetration length and fiber orientation (along the melt flow direction) are important indicators for water-assisted injection molding products of the fiber-reinforced polymer. The effects of melt short shot size, water injection delay time and water injection pressure on these two important indexes are analyzed theoretically and experimentally. The study found that with the increase of the melt short shot size, the extension of the water injection delay time and the increase of the water injection pressure, the water penetration length changed from 216 to 96 mm, 170 to 210 mm, and 215 to 180 mm, respectively. Therefore, it can be known that melt short shot size has the greatest influence on water penetration length, followed by water injection delay time, and finally water injection pressure. Meantime, due to the fiber orientation and change degree of water-assisted injection-molded products along the melt flow direction, the fiber orientation in the water channel layer along the melt flow direction has the highest and lowest change degree, followed by the wall layer and finally the core layer. It can be known that the melt short shot size has the greatest influence on the fiber orientation and the degree of change along the melt flow direction, followed by the water injection delay time, and finally the water injection pressure. 相似文献

针对高强度采动巷道围岩控制难题,从实验室岩样尺度和现场巷道尺度研究了湾图沟煤矿13405工作面回风平巷围岩稳定性特征。结合单轴压缩试验和声波测试分析了干燥、自然及饱和状态下3组岩样的力学行为差异特征。利用钻孔成像,分析了高强度采动影响巷道围岩裂隙发育分段特征。结果表明:干燥、自然及饱和状态下岩样的单轴抗压强度和弹性模量依次降低,水分的存在极大地降低了岩石的强度和刚度。实煤体段围岩仅在深度1 m范围内发现少量纵向裂隙。高静压段两帮维护效果较差,煤帮裂隙极为发育,存在高量值的离层。动压段巷道顶板完整性较好,两帮均发现较大离层,且超出了锚杆正常锚固范围,严重影响了巷道锚固结构的稳定性。 相似文献

Herein, phloroglucinol tristearate (PhgTS) was used to study the crystallization process due to its unique symmetric structure containing a benzene ring and three aliphatic chains. Spherulites of crystallized PhgTS from four solvents under diverse conditions were analyzed in detail and their formation process was studied. Maltese cross is shown by PhgTS spherulites obtained from aprotic solvents via polarized optical microscopy. In comparison, no Maltese cross can be observed from branch-like crystals formed from protic solvents. Independent on the microscaled morphology, lamellae were found to be the basic blocks constructing both PhgTS spherulites and branch-like crystals, which were formed predominantly by stacked PhgTS molecules. Although differential characters of the solvents did not affect the formation of lamellas, the solvents played a crucial role in the formation of self-assembled microscaled morphologies. In particular, the morphologies of spherulites were strongly affected by the concentration of PhgTS solutions, surrounding temperature and evaporation rate of solvents. Generally, a higher concentration of PhgTS led to more homogeneous spherulites, a lower evaporation rate resulted in more compact spherulites, and a higher surrounding temperature generated preferentially more ring-banded spherulites of PhgTS. 相似文献

Al–Cr slag is the solid waste generated by the smelting of Cr metal. It presents a range of environmental hazards. This study addressed the corrosion resistance of Al–Cr slag containing chromium–corundum refractories to slags with different basicity. Herein, we provide suggestions for the use of Cr–corundum of different basicity in kilns. Al–Cr slag, brown fused Al2O3, and chrome green were used as the raw materials, with pure calcium aluminate cement being used as a binder. The brick samples, prepared using different blends of chrome green and corundum, were fired at 1600?°C, and subsequently subjected to a slag corrosion test. After corrosion by slag of different basicity, the phase composition and microstructure of the sample were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive spectrometer and scanning electron microscopy. There were two major findings. First, Cr–corundum brick made from Al–Cr slag has a better slag corrosion resistance than that made from Cr2O3 and brown fused Al2O3. Second, Cr–corundum brick made from Al–Cr slag has superior corrosion resistance to slag with a CaO:SiO2 ratio of 2:1. 相似文献
